Meet Teawna Hemphill, MSN, FNP-BC

Teawna Hemphill is a native of Buffalo, New York. She attended D'Youville University where she obtained her Master's degree in Nursing, University of Buffalo for her Bachelor's in Nursing, Niagara County C.C for her Associate's degree in Nursing and Erie County C.C for an Associate's in Medical Assisting. Teawna is dedicated to providing primary and intermediate care, focusing on care of all ages, while specializing in Women's & Men's health, and offering convenient home & telehealth visits. Teawna is a Board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with prescription privileges who offers a wealth of experience in delivering flexible and comprehensive healthcare services to the community.
